Start with the situation, not the model. If you’re not sure what to build, pick Advisory. If you know what to build but need experienced help to build it, pick Embedded. If you want us to run the whole thing, pick Full Partnership. We’ll refine in the scoping call — and it’s fine to start in one and move to another.

Can we switch models mid-engagement?

Regularly. Advisory becomes partnership when you’re ready to execute. Partnership continues as embedded when the product is live and your team takes ownership. Models are starting points, not contracts.

Do all three models get fixed-quote pricing?

Yes. Advisory and embedded get a fixed monthly or per-sprint price. Full partnerships get a fixed quote for the full scope.

What’s the minimum commitment?

Advisory starts at a single scoped engagement — typically a few weeks. Embedded is typically a monthly minimum. Full partnerships start at $5K minimum scope with no upper cap. We scope it in the first call.

Do you do staff augmentation like a typical agency?

No. Embedded Expert looks similar on the surface but the difference matters: we send experienced operators who own outcomes, not hours. Same people, same standards as our full partnerships — just embedded in yours instead of ours.
